Return / Exchange Policy
Eligible regular priced items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the item. If more than 15 days have gone by since receiving the item, unfortunately we WILL NOT offer you a store credit or exchange, and will refuse the return. We do not offer credit back to the original form of payment.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt or order number. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to ANY & ALL additional shipping costs. (Original shipping costs are not included)

All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, or size exchanges.

**Heart and Home is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or tampered packages. Once it leaves our store and has tracking, it's out of our control you'll have to contact your local USPS
