Return / Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the day you make your purchase. If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not accept your return. Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Please mail these back to our location in a package or bag with the receipt and/or order number.  If returning shoes please return the box undamaged and do not place a shipping label or tape on the box. 


After the item has been worn, it's yours for good!  Heart and Home is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn.  As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves and you, our customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if item does not meet any of the conditions above.

**Original and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Heart and Home is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or tampered packages. Once it leaves our store and has tracking, its out of our control you'll have to contact your local USPS
